On Wednesday, July 16th, the Somerset Patriots will host the 2008 Atlantic League All-Star Game presented by Commerce Bank.
The 2008 Atlantic League All-Star Game will pit the very best players in the Freedom and Liberty Divisions, as voted on by the fans and those familiar with the Atlantic League, against each other in the traditional exhibition game the day after the Major League All-Star Game.
The Atlantic League All-Star Game will have several pre-game festivities including the Home Run Derby, an autograph session with all the All-Star players and coaches, live music, and many other activities.
The All-Star Game will include giveaways for fans including

Baseball Cards (1st 1,500 Kids) of each selected player

Collectible Pin (1st 1,500 Adults)

Commemorative Tickets for all fans in attendance

Special All-Star Program for fans to learn more about each player and the history of the Atlantic League All-Star Game (1st 3,500 Fans).
