Anyone who enters Commerce Bank Ballpark must have a valid ticket or proper pass for the game date.
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Somerset Patriots customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the Somerset Patriots are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, The Somerset Patriots may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer. All email requests will be answered within 1 business day.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Somerset Patriots will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, LEAGUE, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or any other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
The ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. This ticket is not valid unless purchased from an authorized ticket seller. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Holder agrees by use of a ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, certain items, may NOT be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcoholic beverages, outside food or beverage, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind.
Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and bears no cash value. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
NOTE: If you have placed an order for Turf Club Tickets, all Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The Turf Club is a general admission grass area, and NO chairs or strollers can be brought into the Turf Club (you may bring blankets to sit on).
General Admission tickets may be sold when all of the reserved seating for an event is sold out. If you purchase a general admission ticket, you will gain entry to the ballpark at the same time as everyone else. You do NOT have a guaranteed seat. After the 2nd Inning of the game, you may sit in open seats if the ticket holder that has that seat has not occupied them. If the person that has the ticket for that seat shows up, you must move from that location to another open seat. There will be ushers to assist you at the ballpark.
There is NO Tailgating allowed at Commerce Bank Park.
